Personalised sketch of my new A3 Sportback

I have just received through the post a personalised sketch of my new A3 Sportback with the following note attached.

"Dear Mr Robinson

We hope you are very pleased with your new Audi.

As a Valued customer of Huntingdon Audi we have had the enclosed sketch personalised to your car.

We hope to be of service to you in the future"

A very nice jesture I think.

Well yes it does. It a pencil type sketch so it could be any colour, but it is a Sportback, it has front fog lights and no roof rails, it is right-hand drive and it has my personal number on the front plate . It even has the correct interior mirror fixing and sensor to be an SE.
 
Nice touch from the guys at Huntingdon, which sales guy did you use, bought my SB used from Daid Beer, nice guy, even delivered my road tax to home as they had forgotten to put it in. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.
 
I dealt with Lee Stubbings. I've purchased my first A3 (8L) 1.8T Sport from him back in April 1998 and have dealt with him ever since. I'm now on the 6th A3. Also had excellent service from Lee and every one else at Huntingdon.
 
Nice touch, its nice when they take the time to make your purchase special. I got a can of De-icer and a Scraper with mine, as you can imagine I was over the moon.

Nice picture! I had my Sportback serviced at Huntingdon last October following recommendations on this forum, and they just happened to be the cheapest too. I travelled up from Herts as well, but it was well worth it.
 
I got a professional portrait voucher with mine, except I had to go to Leicester the place where I bought the car to use it, so it went in the bin. Would much rather have had two bottles of wine on the back seat like with the Lexus.

Sorry , I go one of those as well as my de-icer, I forgot !
I also put mine in the bin as it is just a ploy to extract more cash from you, they will give you one print ( probably the worst one ) and then encourage you to purchase the others. A cunning plan hatched with the stealer !! :p Say Cheese !!

Isn't so easy to go that wee bit extra and make the experience that bit special though - makes you wonder wht the rest don't bother their backsides:think:
 
Nice touch Dave, lucky guy.

All I got with mine was about eight things that needed fixing under warranty immediately including a scratched bumper.
