i wonder if anybody can adv ise me the best option to lower my audi tt quaottro 225bhp with 18" wheels, would i need springs, or complete shocks?

i tend to drive on the motorway alot of the time, its done 88000 miles, i am thinking of buying 30mm lowering srrings, however they say they fit audi tt quattro,225 bhp roadster, would these be the same for the coupe model?
