So the RS4 must be pretty impressive to be noticeably quicker again

Just checked and our (pre face lift cars) are offically 4.3 seconds to 62 mph.
The face lift RS3 and your RS4 that is down to 4.1 seconds.
May not sound a lot but that allied to improved gearbox etc and may well be real world 0.5 seconds quicker !

My standard RS3 got to 60 in 3.6s at Rockingham, Audi are well off at 4.3!
