Hi all,

At a bit of a dead end at present with trying to hook up my existing aerial to the connections on my new double din

I have bought an adaptor as pictured (sadly slightly wrong type but will get new), however it appears that I will not be able to fit both the yellow connector and new blue adaptor in the back of the unit...

Do I need some form of 2-1 also ?

Any help hugely appreciated

(Sorry photo issue, photos to follow)

Which unit did you have in there and which unit are you fitting now and in which car, saloon/avant or cabriolet? A photo of both the unit and the adapter would be very helpful, you should be able to just upload it from your computer or mobile. :thumbs up:

Sorry for the delay, image sizes o my phone were too big so had to faff about

Existibf headunit was the 6cd in dash changer with tape, swapped out for a double din from eonon GA6158F

Ok I had a Symphony II unit with inbuilt 6 disc changer and tape and swapped to an Xtrons head unit, it's in the car now but if I remember correctly I didn't reconnect the yellow connector to anything, there's nowhere for it to go. s for the aerial lead you need one the same as I fitted in the link below, despite the yellow lead not being connected the reception is fine, local stations and Radio 1 & 2.
You need one of these - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-RNS...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649
