@jassyo06 - BMW Z4 = Hairdressers car ... :whistle2::D
Just saying lol
So is it a Bimmer convertible next then mate ? :)
You going for that "daytona" look huh :sunglasses:
So now 1st March is out the way are we gonna see less & less new 8v's coming onto the forum, with the next platform not too far away ?
Right now a new platform S3 is what I am thinking will be my next car.
Happy with the RS and unusually content to keep it longer than my typical 3 years at which point I am usually desperate to change.
But like you I am a bit fed up chucking ££££'s at cars over the years which yes I enjoy but at some point you add up what you've spent / lost lol :grimacing:
So keeping my pup a bit longer will mean I get more value for money which is good and then get a brand new platform S3 from day 1 :icon thumright:
@Snake Pliskin - PCH stops the depreciation my friend :thumbs up:
Here's a Voodoo on a dull day it's a Love - Hate relationship l have with this colour, it's had megabucks spent on its paint... And it's been molly cuddled since l got it, only done 3k miles in 5 months... Which is way lower than my previous cars that I have owned View attachment 151072

Craig at reep did my gtech black this time last year and its a pleasure to wash n stays clean for much longer still use a hose to dry it a year on
I'll think about getting exo topped up again
Yeah I’m looking forward to the first wash I give it, usually I rinse car at end with filtered water to avoid water spots and having to towel dry it, so I’m hoping all the water will just sheet off and not have to dry at all

Having a water filter is awesome, used mine to rinse yesterday and one side pretty much dried on it's on with no water marks in site.

I have it a coat of Sonax BSD as well which I guess is similar to GTechniq C2

Only used my filter a few times before winter as never really had a need to use since as car becomes filthy the second it’s driven, but was impressed when I used it in summer, washed in bright sunshine, rinsed with filter, not even a single water mark on the glass or the chrome

Very close to me, it’s nothing compared to how it was a couple of weeks ago though along the A15

It was "interesting" enough! I had a long way to go. Lincoln>Boston>King's Lynn>Ely>Surrey. Car behaved impeccably, didn't slip once. It just did its thing without me beware aware it was doing its thing. Others not so fortunate. Quite a few cars off the road in ditches. The road actually got considerably worse before getting better for a time and then snowing again nearer to home. Glad I fitted winter tyres.

Just picked up my car from Glos Detailing following a valet, can’t recommend Nigel highly enough, he originally detailed the car also.

Yeah I bet quite a trek, I’ve got a mate that got stuck near RAF Waddington in a lorry recovery trucks for a few hours last time it snowed so not surprised by the abandoned cars!

Yellow snow. :)
Completely different stuff is called yellow snow here in the north. Usually found in those areas where people walk their dogs.

Nice finish mate so what did they do to your car this time around

Thanks, went in for a Valet, hasn’t been washed for over 6 months I’m ashamed to say. With going onto a farm most days I just gave up but it was in desperate need of a good clean after this ****** weather of late.

It was finished with SiRamin Prafulgeo spray which is spray sealant. I just messaged him as had no idea, I’m a lousy S3 owner.

Anyone got a pic of the chrome version in the 19inch v spoke wheels?

Haha if you saw what it looked like last week I would be banned, I blame the wife!!

She'll find a way of making it your fault if no doubt - they have these super powers :whistle2:
