Any quality car fabric cleaner and also a stain resistant solution will do the job, halfords car fabric cleaner is a auto express winner as is autoglym fabric cleaner, use Scotchgard or similar to seal and protect it, apply 2 coats but wait a bit till dry before adding another
I looked into get a spray type thing to protect the alcantara, came out that it's best left alone! as if you wet it too much you can do more harm than good!

Had a go today with the Raceglaze one, pretty easy to apply and if the applicator is any indicator then it was certainly removing some dirt. Ill see how it dries out tomorrow as it was still a little damp when i left it, looked good though.
