DTUK experiences?

I had an Astra VXR prior to this that also had a sport button from factory. On that the power was constant (as tested by many on dyno days) but pushing the button allowed full throttle to be accessed more easily.
.

So this ( oem non tuned button in the exact same )

Sorry, what were you meaning by that? Just struggling to make out what you meant to say! Haha.
will the acsesable power you are talking about be the same for a pedal box ? As the oem Vxr sport button or did that one actually do more ?

Yeah, the exact same thing with the Pedal box. The OEM VXR button purely changed the pedal response, nothing more. :)

Anyone got any experiences of one of these fitted to a 170 tdi A6 2010 model?

We've had a 13 plate Audi TT TDI 170, and my A7 BiTdi on the dyno today

TT produced 219.8bhp, and my a7 produced 355bhp with 750nm of torque.

Hi Tuddie.
As per our PM's, this DTUK box as truely transformed our 170bhp A5. We run it up to Edinburgh this Fri so i'll be able to give some MPG fig's when we get back, Currently Map2 +1, as I've said, torque thru 3rd - 6th is very good indeed, makes me smile!! We came from a 250bhp Megane RS but the A5 pulls better thru the higher gears imo than the RS. Well worth the investment when you can mate.

My B6 1.9 130 went on the rollers yesterday with my DTUK system on and made a very healthy 177.1bhp. The operator was confident I would have got the 180bhp if I was running decent fuel instead of Morrisons which he claims is the worst fuel he encounters. Very happy with the results :D

Hi Guys,

Guys. Skimmed through this but I don't see anyone using the DTUK box on their S4?
Has anyone had any experiences with it?

Thanks in advance.

Fancy resistors in a box controlled by some chip and a few user changeable jumpers....

I've got one in my s4, can definitely notice the difference it doesn't bleed off the boost so noticeably and keeps pulling harder and longer. Had it on around 3 months, although recently I've had a eml pop up a couple of times relating to the boost control sensor. This was only ever a temporary stop gap until I can get up to MRC anyways. Got to check all the connections etc and see if the error still happens without the box before I start blaming it. (I got it cheap which helped sway me)

The new box advertises a Bluetooth connection, but doesn't say what use that is, anyone tried it?

Just got my A4 tdie 2.0 136bhp anyone else put a box or mapped one of these. Would like to know how it went as it’s got a years warranty on it.
Feels a little flat and sluggish.

I got the one advertised as economy for my tdie. Makes it feel nippier but no improvement on the mpg at all. They told me they just call it economy for insurance purposes. What ever that means.
