Needing help from Someone with vcds...My RNS-E disk is damaged and won’t read but I can’t get it out. I’ve heard the eject button is disabled by audi but can be turned back on with vcds.

I’m Currently jumping between catterick in North Yorkshire and Whitehaven in west Cumbria so anyone local to those locations I could do with some help
