Battery Dead

So yesterday my car wouldn't start, called Audi assist and the AA came and got it going, battery needs replacing!

My car is only 14 months old and Audi are saying it isn't covered by warranty!

It's in the dealership overnight so they can test it, really annoyed!

Happened to me and after a jump start had all kinds of fault codes, and lights on the dash board. Cleared the codes, drove it like I stole it and everything was OK. The biggest concern was all the codes related to the gearbox..

If you have had those front and rear cameras you are selling on the car I am not surprised the battery is dead. Loads of threads related to short battery life and these kinds of cameras.

Have they got back to you, also how many miles have you got on the clock now?

Most parking mode cameras hardwire kit etc have a 11.6 voltage protection .

18k on the clock now, battery is fine

They tried to tap me up for interim service which is due in 2 weeks and 2 front tyres which are still legal, only wanted £780!
