I booked my 2010 A3 2L 1.8T S line S-Tronic in for a engine oil and S-Tronic oil and filter change at Audi dealership, and when i picked the car up the service department said it didn't need the gearbox doing as its a tiptronic type, now i'm sure Audi knows the car, but still it says S-Tronic service in the service schedule, now is this true or did they not want to do the service??( being paranoid here)
