Haha! Doesn't look like I'm on it grrrr...no change to my status! Some say the tracker is a couple of days behind though so there's still hope
 
I just moved to 38.

There are no Sheerness expected arrivals in Emden before the 25th.

The next transporter to arrive at Emden seems to be the Weser Highway and that is coming from Gimsby and would therefore be expected to go back there i suppose.

It's going to be a while...

Could well be. What port is yours at? Mines been waiting patiently at Sheerness since last Friday and I've heard nothing from the dealer yet. I did try Audi livechat yesterday and they said cars are usually with the dealer within 7 days, but reading posts here, I think it's more a case of how long is a piece of string. On the plus side, the end is in sight.......unless your name is @AlnSaz :cry:

Car now showing in the UK! This last phase of the build process has gone by so quickly. Now to decide weather to hold out for collection until the start of January....

Looks like all of us with the week 45 build could end up with collections very close together....I can't see the point of waiting until January really. I'll bet even @AlnSaz catches up with same day transporter from Sheerness to the dealer!

Following a call from the dealer today, they're expecting the car on Friday and I'm due to collect it Monday afternoon........if all goes to plan that is!

Status 40 yesterday....looks like next week could be a potential hand over. I also want it professionally detailed before pick up, and this is still to be arranged! Better get the thinking cap on!!
 
Hi new to this, my build date is at the moment 8 th January how long would it take roughly to arrive at dealership if it stays on 8th jan, only ordered 15 November and can’t wait:grin: :laughing:
 
Picking car up Saturday can not wait been on order since June

If it helps, my build date was 6 November (although it actually started the week before) and it's expected at the dealers 24 November. You'll find you log into the tracker quite a lot :tearsofjoy:

Thanks, hopefully it doesn’t arrive too early as would like it as a 18 plate but as long as i can keep tracking my order, it should go fast hopefully :tearsofjoy:

Thanks, yeh I won’t be collecting until 1st March, does the car get Registered at the dealership or earlier and Just another question for anyone I’ve ordered technology pack on my a4 BE it says on my options flat bottom wheel however when you configure the car on Audi it gets deleted to the normal wheel any ideas why it does that? And do I not need to worry about it:grin:
 
The dealership will normally register a new car on the day of handover to you or the day before.

Flat bottom multi function steering wheel is standard fit on the BE.

If you ask the dealer they will give you a list of numberplates to choose from and if you want an 18 plate just tell them and they will keep and register the car for an 18 plate.

With regards to the flat bottom one, this is something you need to confirm with the dealer.

I wanted tech pack but I wanted flat bottom steering wheel more. So I didn’t get tech pack as it deleted flat bottom steering wheel and replaced it with round one. (Which really p|ssed me off when I found out)

However. I know of a guy on here who ordered it and contacted Audi and they confirmed that the black edition with tech pack does in fact keep the flat bottomed steering wheel and if you look online at BE’s for sale with tech pack, they almost all have flat bottom wheel. However again, I have seen some BE’s with a round steering wheel. But I’m not sure if this has something to do with something else such as heated steering wheel. I would contact Audi direct and get them to confirm this. Just in case.

thats not fair :( i ordered mine on 02/10 and im still waiting for a build date :( on my BE. bet you cant wait, i check the tracker at least twice a day :)

Wow that’s late, I didn’t have a build date however just asked and I actually did they just didn’t tell me:tearsofjoy:I cant stop thinking about it, all part of the fun especially from driving a Toyota Yaris:grimacing::tongueclosed:
 
Danube Highway is half way to Sheerness and due at lunchtime tomorrow - anyone fancy a bet? Will my car be on it haha!!

Heading to the dealer in just over an hour to finally collect my car. Ordered in June so it’s been a very long wait!!

Just a little excited!!

Good news for you. I ordered way back at the start of August and my build date has just changed from 27th November to the 8th January :wtf:

Ouch.......that's painful. There really seems to be no consistent order to collection time. Hopefully, it'll creep forward though.

Ouch hopefully if mine doesn’t change ours will be close by, don’t mind mine getting delayed as long as it arrives for 1st or 2nd week of March ready for collection as I believe it could arrive earlyer then expected if built on 8th jan which will just sit at dealership anyways, even though I’m dying to drive my new car:smile new::crying:
