Hi, my dads friend that owns a Q7 that I've been resetting his service light for sometime now as he does his own service and gets me to turn it off with VCDS.
Reset the service last year and his back-up cam has stopped working since.
Since then he's checked the camera and all connections which are all fine.
Came again today to reset the service light again (year later) and the back-up cam still isn't working so I tried to dig into it a bit deeper with VCDS, but I cannot gain access to module 6C - Back-up cam.
Camera was factory fitted and has been working fine before. Even gone into module 19 CAN Gateway to check installation and the back-up cam is ticked.
These are the faults that come up on a diagnostics scan. Any help would be great. Thanks.
