Audi A4 soft top doesn't work help please?

My Audi A4 2002 soft top doesn't open at all and have this flashing soft top light on the dash???
Switch on console near hand brake did open the windows half way but now the button doesn't do this either???

Please help!!

Apologies as I really thought it was fixed after replacing the J256 control module located in the rear right door card which was burnt out but now it's not fully closing in the lock position :grumpy:

error code 02000 switch position 008 implausible single!. Replaced the front hood motor with two different ones from my local breaker but not sure what to do now :readit:

Yup 100% sorted and working fully now.

Rear boot latch was playing up so I removed it used the key to release it then put it back together did the adaption on vcds and cleared the fault codes then boom :yahoo:

Yup all 100% sorted and working fully after removing the rear boot latch which was playing up and using the key to release it helped lock the roof back into place now working perfectly :nogarors4:
