Automatic rear wipe

Is there a way to disable the auto rear wipe on selecting reverse?
 
I could be wrong but I think it only does it if the wipers are in the auto position.
 
I hate that function, it really winds me up. My family think I'm mad how crazy it makes me!

Each to there own but I thought it was a neat little feature, TBH I miss the rear wipe now having a saloon
 
i need to disable this, if anyone knows how.
I'll probably remove it and plug the water feed too!

But, I like how you don’t see any road spray with the saloons after it’s cleared with the heated window.

According to Audi they don't know of any process to delete the auto reverse wiper sweep. Will have to look at independent to get it deleted.

For the most part Audi tech's only know what they have been told, and most are not aware of whats possible via 3rd party like myself. Always makes me laugh as when my cars go in to Audi I am always greeted by the master tech and a few others on arrival, not to go over any issues but because they want to find out whats new and whats been done to my car lol

can you install an auto rear wiper on my bathroom toilet? would save me some effort lol

If deleting the wiper then all the following need to be set to Not Active:
  • Rear Window Wiper-Komfortwischen Heck
  • Rear Window Wiper-Menuesteuerung Komfortwischen HW
  • Rear Window Wiper-Automatisches Heckwischen
  • Rear Window Wiper-Traenenwischen Heck
  • Rear Window Wiper-Heckwischer Weiterlauf
  • Rear Window Wiper-Kein automatisches Abparken
  • Rear Window Wiper-Einzelansteuerung Heckintervallwischen
If you don't want the annoying wipe then set the following to Not Active:
  • Rear Window Wiper-Automatisches Heckwischen
  • Rear Window Wiper-Traenenwischen Heck
 
I don't like it either. Will annoy me on frosty mornings even more!
