found his ratios
"I decided that I would use the ech2o, along with reload, as a QD for my post blow dry wipe down. I mixed up 1.7 oz ech2o, 3 oz reload and 25 oz distilled water."

Have you been able to use this yet @Bristle Hound ? Interested to hear your thoughts. I'm still on BH auto wash which I'm finding hard to look past at the minute.
@SPIKE_S1 - Washed my S4 the other day with this but didn't use enough shampoo
Used it at 15ml of product to 15l of water & i reckon 20ml of product would have been better
However, I was amazed at the crap it lifted out of the paintwork

The ODK Jet is another 'pure' shampoo with no gloss enhancers, polymers or any other crap in it

Bought a box of Black Mamba gloves. Not the cheapest but I've not had a pair fail on me yet. Also help keep your hands warm with winter coming up.

I'd also recommend making sure you search "Black Mamba gloves" otherwise you may get some unintended results !!

Edgeless micro fibre towels, top up of snow foam and a new one to me is soft99 fusso dark wax.
Anyone know how wax is with dust as where I work is down a very dusty road and car gets filthy even with the ceramic coating on it dust seems to stick to it. Any suggestions?

What towels did you go for??

Regarding the wax/ceramic coat id imagine a wax on top of ceramic won't last long? Read somewhere that if you have a coating you should use coating specific drying aids (carpro ech2o etc) instead of drying aids that contain waxes.

Tarmac your road! :haha:

Auto finesse ones I think. :)

I’m not sure tbh I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to waxes lol. I’ll have to read up on it. Was only £30 so I’ll give it a go anyway and see how it works. I got it mainly for the way it beads the water off so hoping it will help with dirt too.

Haha it is but has 100s of lorries driving down it from a bit building site. Doesn’t help that my lane is a private dust track too

It's not very sudsy, you won't get a lot of bubbles if that's what you are expecting. Hope that helps!

It might be worth you buying some CarPro Reset shampoo as you have a ceramic coating. It works wonders on reviving the coating. Also found Gyeon Bathe works well. Don't be tempted to buy Bathe+ as it will likely streak on a black car!!

Ordered some more Auto Finesse products. Fallout remover, Bug & grime remover. Impressed by there products so far apart from the wash mitt I brought from them back in the summer. Its already falling apart so I ordered a meguiers lambs wool one again. But for the money I can't fault them.

And a week ago I ordered some BD clean 'Detailer'
Company do some excellent products at bargain prices but there delivery is SO SLOW. I don't get it!!!!

Anyone else buy there stuff?

Try Eurocarparts, normally have 30% off it (with code), so less than £8.

It's GASH and not worth the money, it doesn't foam much and what foam it does provide dissappears, quickly, my main gripe with the shampoo is.... It doesn't provide any lubricity between the mitt and the paint work, l had ran out of Gwash so.... l got a full detailing bag of autoglym products on collection day, so decided to use this.... It's OK for washing alloys though lol

Since l decided not to apply/buy a wax for my voodoo... For the time being, I had also ran out of snow foam, shampoo and l was in desperate need of some descent drying towels

I got 2 aqua deluxe drying towels £25 plus vat a must be aff ma heed, Fireball premium easy coat, got this as a Freeby before.... Got great contact less results, then a litre of Gwash £85 grudge it ,most of the time l don't grudge paying good money for kit but.... Drying towels l do

Me birthday is regrettably coming along soon, so I will need to be dropping some hints......not that will do any good lol Would love some Kamikaze kit glass coat etc

So this is where ye hide.... Eh... Ya wee car detailing anorak.....lol
been here all along pal.......yeah...the stuff i end up buying....its bad really

good to see your a fan of the inredimitt, been thinking about getting the new incredipad XL, not really needed though. I fold the glove part of the mitt inside itself and just use it as a pad so i can flip it for a fresh side.

Also been wanting to try Kamikaze, but the stance wheel coating, but dont struggle with a normal wheel cleaner and carpro hyrdo2 so whats the need, especially at the price :wtf:
