Hi everyone tomorrow I am going to attempt to fit my bucket seats under the seats are a couple of plugs have some resistors where do I put the resistor to switch of the light also will the seat belt clip just screw on the bucket seats? Cheers
 
Also does anyone have access to vag. Com in the surrey area because when I remove my seats the air bag light will stay on have a code reader but been told I need vag. Com
 
Facelift mate do I need vag. Com to turn the air bag light off
 
Only if you turn the ignition lights on so the system detects the bags aren't connected.

Once a fault has been detected the light comes on and stays on until the error code is deleted with Vagcom/vcds
 
I put the resistor in turn the ignition on and the air bag light stayed on :frown new: I think I have used the wrong resistor what resistor do I need everyone is saying different things
 
Hi mate this is going to sound stupid but I don't know just got a random bag from maplins and tried a tiny one
