Any retrofitters in north east?

Hey i'm from newcastle area. I own a a4 b7 2007 saloon and i'm looking to get some parts put on.

Eagle eyes b8 style headlights with HID kit
LED tail lights
CH/LH lights
Steering wheel change
Passat style washer jets

If anyone could point me in the right direction.

I am - door lights/puddle lights

Not able to do the puddle lights. Was going to offer to do the steering wheel, washer jest and rear lights.
