Came out of gym to be flanked by not one but two S3's.. and another Ara Blue BE at that.. owner of the purple 64 plate purple S3 then wanted to have a look round mine

Complete a*sehole parking like that, you're asking for trouble. Can't abide by bad parking etiquette, especially on that level regardless of what car it is. For some reason it annoys me even more that it is slap bang in the middle of two, not just slightly over two, right in the middle. He would have been respectfully getting a polite word in the ear, it's an S3 ***.
I don't care if it was encrusted with diamonds, you stilll dont park like that haha
Well he just cares about his car!!! not that when it cost £60 to get dent’s taken out or worse getting it painted it’s maybe just a s3 to you but his pride and joy - if it wasn’t for ***** that don’t give a **** about cars we would all park ‘normally’. Can’t tell you how much I’ve spent using dentmaster due to other people denting my doors in car parks.
Here here, come down off your high horse and let him do what he likes. Lucky he nosed it in, if it was me I'd of had it HORIZONTAL across three spaces just to **** you off.

Wowsa what's with the attitude. My point is not that it is only an S3, i cherish all of my possessions because I've worked hard for them, i don't care if it was a Lada or a Ferrari, parking it like that is inconsiderate to everybody else. Not everyone dents your car, most people are careful, and parking like this you are affecting those people. You're clearly both as moronic as the guy parking the car if you think you have the right to park like a t*at because somebody 'might' dent your door. Suppose you both have the right to drive with your full beam on all of the time too - and of course it's alright that you blind ALL of the other drivers because there are SOME people who drive with their full beam on who don't give a cr*p about other road users.
On rare occasions when l really have had to parked in a bay....l always take up 2 bays.....Why.... a previous car l owned got ****** by a...another whilst at the cinema,it dented the feature line that badly and cost me £650 for a new outer door skin,dent the feature line it wont pull out..........FACT.....strongest part of any car door

I agree it's highly frustrating, and it's happened to me before, but I can't agree that it is ok to take up two bays. Better looking for an end bay or parking elsewhere if you can't be doing with the bays you have. You're entitled to your opinion obviously. Alternatively do what I did, have a baby then you can park in child baby bays

I CANT HAVE A BABY .............**** my youngest son is almost 26.....lol....l ain't Jassy Hefner/Stringfellow......anymore lol

Parking accross 2 bays is almost as inconsiderate as parking in a disabled spot when you don't need too, or parent and child for that matter. If your car is that precious you ultimately have the choice to leave it at home.
I go to an expensive Gym, there are often Porsche, Aston, Range Rover, Ferrari (you get the idea) they all manage to park in a space. I love my car but I’m not ******** about it when parking.
Change of subject, but I do love the Ara blue. So glad I got it BE too. Looks so different in different lights

So back on topic for me - today I drove my 8V home from work and got 54mpg. Pretty pleased with myself, and for a few small moments the regret of not buying an S3 disappeared. Tomorrow however I will wake up and stare miserably out of the window at my 2 exhausts
Had a Nest Cam notification that “someone” was spotted on my drive.. just me (and the dog) giving the car another bath

So back on topic for me - today I drove my 8V home from work and got 54mpg. Pretty pleased with myself, and for a few small moments the regret of not buying an S3 disappeared. Tomorrow however I will wake up and stare miserably out of the window at my 2 exhausts

Looks kind of like the bonnet is overhanging the top of the grille there - is that normal?
Trick of the light I guess, black grille surround, shadow from over head security light.. it’s not over hanging.
