Which one i should choose, at first my aim was DW65v AWD 265LPH it is direct replacement for in tank.

I see two differences between both: Walbro is 255LPH and DW is 265LPH - I assume that's not major difference.
Also Walbro is cheaper than DW65v and will do same thing i guess?

I'm gonna use Bosch 550cc - stock FPR

I did my research and i'm in interest, i just want live opinion now.

The questions are:
Can i fit the Walbro 255 in tank or does fit in line only?
Why and which one i should put?

Car: S3 8L

does the walbro drop in exactly like std one? I know the DW65 does..
Only see walbro's which dont fit properly and needed filter socks and mods to swirl pot and had issues on low fuel level not picking up.

do you have a link/part number to the walbro you are thinking of?

The pump i was looking at is eBay one...

I have no clue if Walbro would drop in without any issue.
I'd like to mention that i've been offered 044 and back then i said i want DW65v but for Bulgaria this fuel pump DW65v is unusual.
Common question is: Are you sure it would fit and deliver what you need

I have the DW65v and it is happily supporting my 550cc injectors @ 348BHP.

I also have an AFR gauge to monitor this.

It does need minor tweaking to fit perfectly I found, but it is essentially a drop in replacement.

Apart from the initial pressure build when you first turn the key it is also as silent as the OEM pump.

I also have a dw65v in mine and was a direct replacement. Only prob i had was the garage id used didnt connect the fuel pipe correctly on the pot it sits in but appart from that in happy with mine. I will also be running the bosch 550 injectors when i get Bill's k04 hybrid package. So the pump will do that so that wont need to be looked at again.

My aim is around that range of hp, i guess i'll stick to it and use DW65v as i already wanted.

I was told when i was getting mine fitted to use a lot of the lubricant that is supplied and also uae the o ring that's already in it as the new one can make it hard to sit in the pot correctly.
