Autoscreens Direct won't replace glass (Lifetime warranty)

So about a year ago or so, I had my windscreen replaced as it was badly scratched all over, preventing me from seeing properly in winter from the sun glare etc.

Fast forward to today, my windscreen developed a massive crack on the passenger's side.

I call the above company and the guy says they don't cover my area anymore. I call BS on that, I went with them as I had my guarantee, the bunch of...wouldn't be surprised if he said it to get out of the warranty.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation before? Surely they are obliged to replace my windscreen? :wtf:

Well, it would be simple if I didn't have to drive all the way near Oxford somewhere...
