yourAudi - Track New Car Order

Hmm, tad concerned here.

Changed to status 30 yesterday so I pulled the VIN out of the JSON data and registered it on MyAudi. All fine but some info on there had yet to update.

Today I've just looked under the service section and it's now showing my extended 4-year warranty, except the expiry date is 12 Sep 2021 which obviously won't be four years from when I take delivery.

Is this normal and it'll be updated when delivery is made or have I somehow started the clock ticking by registering the car on MyAudi?

That's good going, just 14 days between order and build is really quick. Did you drop on a pre allocated build slot or something ?
Only 7 days at the port as well !

Ordered a 2018 RS3 Sportback in the middle of July, not heard from the dealer yet, but been tracking it the whole time, arrived on City of Paris into Tyne port last night, now showing status 40! Hoping for the ship over to Belfast to be pretty rapid

Here's my experience; got the call from the dealer to arrange collection today and also had statuses 38 and 60 along the way but they disappear with the subsequent update.

been looking at the JSON data and Auto-dimming rear view mirror is showing as "False" as below :S

Nah, not 4 days. It's not at Emden yet. Currently sailing from Copenhagen towards Emden.
A quick stop to collect your motor at Emden, it'll probably sail on 22nd.

Yes, I have the same, don't panic.

The fact that it's present at all indicates it's a fitted option, if it wasn't it wouldn't be there. The two false settings just indicate not to display it in the interface (remember this is the data that drives the YourAudi site) and that it's not a standard option respectively.

City of Sunderland docked at Emden at 16:30 today, so I suspect yours will be on that as expected.
Still due to dock at Port of Tyne early hours Saturday and I hate to say I think you'll be very lucky to get it unloaded, transported, prepped and handed over for Thursday but fingers crossed mate.

The big unknown is how long it'll sit waiting on a transporter before it's brought up the road.

Salesman said he'll get a transport order raised as soon as it hits our shores. Dunno if it's as easy as that though? Hopefully they'll have a few cats to come up so it's more likely
