Got them today and fitted them worried about the et35 and 255 35 tyre size and to be honest I'm very happy, ideally is like to lower an inch but the wife says she wants it leaving as she scrapes the front bumper on speed humps and curbs already lol
Very happy with it, just want the windows tinting now

Cheers pal surprisingly it might be in my mind but they feel more comfortable than the 19s, exactly same tyre size other than the 19 to 20 inch but they do feel very comfortable anyway!!
Might nip to b&q tomorrow get myself some pillerbox red paint for the calipers

Looks v.good but Sure going up a wheel size you should drop a tyre profile size in order to compensate to keep the rolling radius the same so it doesn't alter the gearing or the speedo/trip etc???

Thought you should be running 30 profile with 20s?

Looking sweet tho!

What width are the rims?

yes you should drop a size down on the tyres but i'd rather keep the 35 over 30 profile for any sort of extra comfort for the sake of 2-3 difference, it will be showing 30 when im doing 28 mph so im happy with that.
they're 9x20 with et35 pal

nothing at moment, took the wife and kids out last night for a nice drive out and seemed all spot on, if its gonna rub it will be at the rear with these tyres as it looks marginal so i wouldnt like to lower it anymore than standard s line, the fronts have plenty of space around them but again lowering i could see the tyres touching the tops of the arches depending how low you wanted to go but as its a family wagon i think im just gonna leave it as it doesnt look too bad, ive seen some with 20s and they look jacked up, this looks reasonable so i can live with that lol

I have 255/30 and the ride is quite harsh tbh .mine is lowered on eibach but not sure by how much and I only rub with 3 adults in the Back on Speed bumps.i would go to 35 this time as tyres are £40-£60 cheaper on 35,s than 30,s but also for the extra bit of comfort but I'm worried that they will rub .shame tyre places don't give you a test drive after fitting and change if no good lol.

No, the speedo won't read 30 when you're going 28; it'll read 28 when you're doing 30. Keep in mind also , the increased rolling circumference doesn't just throw the speedo out, it increases the overall gearing, so you may find a loss of acceleration.

I'm running 9" on a et35 with Pirelli tyres on mine .the Pirelli have gone out of shape quite a bit though so wouldn't be using these again tbh.

There's where I got info from about speedo difference pal

Love those 20's on your car look Awseome! Hoping to do the same how have they been for noise and rubbing since.? What width tyres are you running please.

Forget these calculators as tyre profiles aren't adhered to .

Test is real world with a GPS Speedometer app .
