Facelift Removing spray paint from alloys?

Hi folks.

Any tips on removing white spray paint from gloss black alloys?
The car was in the body shop a few weeks back after a small bump on the back bumper and have only just noticed the front alloy is covered in the excess spray paint
Have had. Otho g but problems with the body shop so not going back to moan agian. Any tips would be great

Try some Tar and Glue remover.

Failing that, take it back.. I know it's embarrassing (I'm the worlds worst for ending up complaining) but they will be able to get it off.

I expect the only way to remove this overspray is to carefully use paint thinners.

Isopropyl alcohol try it diluted...then...see where that takes you

Lot of people on detailing world seem to say clay so give that a go.

Cellulose thinners should remove the overspray without affecting the type of paint on the wheels.

Removed some overspray on my spare 19" doing exactly that.

Some light cutting compound like 3m finesse it, T-cut or maybe even a polish like triple wax should do it without harming the original finish.

I forgot about clay, I used it when one of my cars got some overspray on the glass. It came straight off and is 100% safe.
