Facelift conversion

Hi guys,

Has anyone here done this to their s3? If so, roughly how much did it set you back? I really like my car but am gassing for a facelift front!
 
New bumper, grill, lights, wings and wing mirrors. Adds up! A fair few people have looked into it, not sure if anyone has gone ahead though.
 
I know it's nice to modify the car the way you want but a lot of people will be put off buying a face lifted car as they may fear it's accident repaired.
If you do it make sure you take lots of photos etc

I didn't think of that actually, maybe not the best idea after all!
 
I tend to find facelifted cars go for more long as they have been done properly, im doing mine soon and managed to pick up a front end for £500, bonnet, front panel, bumper, wings, headlights, just need wing mirrors and minor bits then im ready, can be a cheap mod if parts sourced carefully as you recoup when selling your original front end aswell.

You picked up all of that for £500?
 
Yeah but halogen lights and regular bumper, really id like xenons + s3 bumper but will wait till i come across a bargain, if you're patient and look hard enough these bargains can be easily found

You probably would only get a set of facelift xenon lights for £500 never mind the rest
 
Can be done for half that using used genuine parts
