:lmfao:

I suppose ;) The more I looked, the more I understood why you mistook it as Nardo... especially for a man on the drink ;)

@TDI-line cheers buddy. Yeah, can tell the difference between those two with ease. Still thinking White. However, Nano Grey that @AudiNutta has is lovely.

Glacier White is lovely, I had it on my A3 and white cars looks nice and expensive. Every time I see I white Audi, I can't help but stop and stare especially the S3! White is a great colour for maintaining, hides a lot of defects.

Nano Grey really has to be seen in person to appreciate it. Like I said in PM it's mistook for a flat paint, but it's definitely metallic. In the sunlight it comes alive and really pops, the colour changes so much in varying lights. You need to see one in the showroom and out in the sunlight, I love mine :yahoo:

Yep, maybe Noggy in lighter conditions. It said it was an Ecxlusive, but didn't state what...

That looked like Ara mate....but Voodoo can be very like Nogaro...but Voodoo is a flat paint....100% flat...:stupid::stupid::stupid:

Edit that's Nogaro Blue

That's Nerdo Grey...... Lol but OK OK l admit, it does look rather good..... Oooh feel a bit sick..... Now.... Don't know why....... Lol
@jassyo06 @Scottyg - Dead right! That is nardo grey
1 of my neighbours has a nerdo Q5 & you have to look hard to see its actually grey
Fancy spending £2k+ on nerdo & it looking white in the pic's lol

Ibis white over glacier white = more £'s to spend on toys
Just my thoughts ...

It's funny, but i think these kind of quirky colours suit VW Transporters and Caddys better, like Blackberry etc.

I agree with Panama that this pointless, but I can't stand people telling me that black is white, so...

You are very clearly ignoring the monthly cost. Add the £1700 from the higher deposit (12*146) to the £9000 and the £5700 (12*453) from the lower despot to the £5000.....

They both cost you £10,700. You haven't lost more by putting down a higher deposit. That is a fact! Saying that one was £9000 and the other was £5000 is completely meaningless. By quoting them, you are ignoring the monthly cost. You can't ignore the fact you paid £5700 (and £1700) as well.

I'm not ignoring your point of view. I've accepted it many times. You're the one that is ignoring the other point of view of someone putting down a higher deposit.

I'm not saying either it better. Both have their pros and cons. That is not having an opinion, that is just understanding all options.

I've demonstrated neither have very different costs, even after one year. That is a fact.

I've demonstrated that you get charged less interest on a higher deposit, and therefore pay less with a higher deposit. That is a fact.

You are saying higher deposit costs more. This is factually wrong.

You are saying that putting lower deposit is better. That is your opinion. You fail to accept that other people have a differing opinion of putting down higher deposits, for all the reasons I've listed, cheaper interest, interest charges costs more than bank saving interest, etc. (while ironically having a go at me for not accepting other points of view...).

Now please just let it go....

My reply is delayed because I don't have much time presently.

You're the one that keeps replying, and in fact the one that started this whole debate in the first place!!

I've already proven your hypothesis non-beneficial with your own example, selling the car after the first year with a high deposit, you just seem incapable of accepting it. I've also given mine (and others) reasons for opting for a lower deposit, you just need to accept others have different opinions and priorities to you.

No need to reply this time.

Are you seriously telling me that you save £4,000 by putting in a lower deposit....?

@jassyo06 current deal at Glasgow Lookers Audi????!
View attachment 134028
Hi mate that quote is no different from any other Audi dealer, there's no finance contribution ergo no discount if a small discount was available l would be waiting on a RS3. Plus l wouldn't couldn't have a standard spec car, also l would lose my £2000 part deposit if l buy from someone else

Am I the only one that hates the look of the saloon?! It's far too understated!!!!!!!! Utterly bland. Used to be a fan of the RS models, think I'd rather be in an M car.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.....methinks the S3 hatchback looks bland in a sea of lookalikes and that includes SUVs....How can you "hate" the styling of the above S3 saloon?

The Saloon is stunning. Yes it's understated but that's the point of an S3. Not in your face garish with massive spoilers etc. It's simply a class car that happens to go like stink! I'd go for the Saloon but need a Hatch for the kids stuff and the dog.
