Recently finished clutch replacement work on my 2004 audi 1.6 se , but the clutch pedal is going staight to the floor. Replace clutch slave cylinder but can still visually see a leak. Has anyone ever had to change the nipple connector to clutch slave cylinder ? Is this difficult

I have this problem last year, it is oil leak at salve cylinder. End up replacing full clutch package and flywheel.
The oil bleeder did not leaking, but I already order an ECS one so I also replace it.
Did you top up the break fluid? Or maybe air in the oil line?
