Can anyone Retrofit cruise control - Oxfordshire area?

Have the stalk, should be getting the cowling today mate.

Apologies for hijacking the thread. I have a MY2005 DSG S Line without a MFSW and wondering if there's a quick way to determine if I need to get a new steering control module or not? I have VCDS scan logs if that helps?

Sort of price are you looking at for parts and full fitting of cruise control?
 
p.s. also if you sourcing parts yourself, be sure you got right stalk. on Rob64-s Audi we got wrong stalk initially and it won't work.

If you can travel up towards Coventry or Gaydon I can be of help.
 
bear in mind it's like at least 1,5 hour job (only 30 minutes going on for waiting airbag after un-plugging the battery, and all parts correct and working).

What do you mean by price? Probably if he's a good lad will do it for beer, or if you want some proffessional try NHN, Ash187, and somebody else that don't remember. I've helped out Rob64 (with wrong stalk firstly) and work flawlessly.
 
I'm happy to pay mate, I did my last one but prefer a pro!

Anyone know how much Audi charges for the cruise control stalk and steering wheel cover?
