i have 2008 8p s3.

I'm putting in aftermarket stereo and want to keep steering controls, i will be replacing speakers and amps so no bose etc.

any idea what i need?

thanks

everything, all new wiring, 16cm speakers (if I'm right), original sub woofer is in boot passenger side after the trim, original controls, adaptor or stereo compatible with it, some pioneer and sony do I think, check how you can pass the cables though the doors, as it uses connectors... did u ever done an aftermarket installation before?

going by the post above a lot of technical no how and a lot off patience

im not questioning the whole install, just the iso adaptor, i have done various installs previosuly so i know how to rewire up from scratch etc, i just can't seem to find the right iso adaptor to keep wheel controls. thanks

so idk about you but for me you ask about whole installation, not about mfsw kit only.
