got a set of 369cc yellow c20let to go in but unsure if suitable

standard fuel pump (sold a used 044 and new 044 before embarking on build... dohh) will it cope?

While I am typing will also ask advice on

Sparkplugs

C20LET injectors will flow to about 260bhp. A 3bar FPR will give the pump an easier time.

Fitted an uprated pump for an E46 M3 (and others) an refitted the 4bar FPR and a set of Astra VXR injectors.

Plug wise I'm still using the NGK BKR6's

i'm using VXR injectors and a 3 bar regulator. 4 bar will give you 15% more fuel, but also cause the pump to struggle more, as the higher the pressure the less the pump can flow...

I'm not really sure if the pump can flow the 350hp that the K04 can achieve. The S4 pump certainly can, and folk give those away when they upgrade.
 
astra 630cc ev14s ?

where did I get the impression tqs and s4 pumps were the same ?

both now ordered .... another £170 gone ... but nearly there now
 
the 630's will be fine. The usual astra injectors are about 470cc though.

I cant remember if the TQS pump is the same or not, i do remember thinking it was, but i also remember having doubts :p I'll have a look in a bit.
