easiest way is to drop the rear subframe slightly - you will also need a a set of spring compressors. - I recently changed mine without dropping the rear subframe (2wd) but had to take off the rear caliper, use spring compressors and get a friend to force down the rear hub with the upper control arm bolt removed and it was still a pain - also required wheel alignment after.
As your spring is snapped removing it will be easy but replacing is a little harder . Undo the rear strut and use spring claps on your new spring then slip into place
