Is it possible to swap the RS6 radar domes for fog lights?

I've just bought an RS6 front bumper kit for my A6. It's come with the radar domes, but they're obviously uselsss on my car. I'd like to replace them with fog lights instead, but can't find anything online (so far)

Has anyone done it? Or found eM?

All help appreciated!
 
The A6 "fog lights" are integrated in the headlights, so I don't really see this as an option.
 
Seems crazy no ones thought of doing it though!

Not entirely correct. Pre FL SE cars have good old fashioned fog lights. Hence, this should be OP's starting point for research...

I’ve already got the fog grills, as they currently hold the radar domes for the RS6...
The 2nd link is the one that might be the one, but then I’m wondering about cabling to it and how that would be done?
