Front door rub strips

Came back to my car today & i've gained two lovely dents on both drivers side doors & the rub strip is hanging off. How are these strips attached? Clipped through the door?

@Chris-P No clips or screws mate. There are some round caps but thats just for positioning the strip. They are attached with very very strong tape. Get some dubble sided hpx tape. Clean the strips with some cleaning spirit/white spirit attach the tape and put it on

Wow, quite surprised that they are just stuck on with tape. I'll see what I can find in B&Q.

check if where your car was staying are some cctv, maybe insurance will pay you...
