New Audi A5/S5 picture thread

anyone got any pictures of the A5 in Scuba blue?

Mine will be Scuba Blue when I get it so curious to admire some similar cars :)

Normally I'd have probably gone for Daytona grey too, but the A3 I'm coming from was Daytona Grey so fancy a little change.

There's this I took of my dealerships demonstrator, its not the best picture but I'm sure somebody will have a better one. I was considering Scuba Blue but decided for Daytona Grey in the end.

I think that's exactly what mine will look like then.
To be honest the blue is darker than I thought it was. In my head I think it was a different blue that you can't get A5s in anymore that I was thinking of.

Still lovely though
 
Yeah Sepang Blue was the old one, that colour is apparently an "Exclusive" colour now and will cost about £2500.
 
Lovely looking motor! Looks great in that colour with the tints.

Yep, I think that's the colour. Really like that but more than happy with the Scuba blue too.

This thread a little quiet so I thought I would post a couple of pics.

I am not at all into car detailing ( though I can start to see the attraction!), but as the car is new thought I would give it a decent wash and dry at the weekend, quite happy with how it looks, and the Gradx paint protection stuff the dealer applied seems to be working well..

I can't recommend getting the car detailed and a ceramic coating enough as not only making the car look stunning it makes it easier to clean and maintain.

But even if you don't get it detailed products like angel wax qed and h2go give you that effect for weeks when applied post wash and dry of the car

Totally agree with @sparky86 Mine finally goes in next week for minor correction and gtechniq ceramic coating. Can't wait.

Another option of black trim, i didn't get that option on mine. So annoying!
 
Gotta love the interior lighting, I have Ibis white with black optics and the interior lighting set to purple, looks sensational.

6 months on from new the Daytona still looks nice in all conditions

Finished giving it its standard wash and once finished I got an unwelcome visitor to the front bonnet

I added the red brake calipers but that's all for the outside. Rest is standard model stuff. September will come around quickly, and it'll be worth the wait.

Though somehow the factory order put the wrong badge on one side of the car..... apparently it's a S5 haha. Even the dealer didn't spot it. Going to get it changed next week - would've love a S5 though haha.
