Strange leak spotted.

After removing my front bumper the other week I've noticed some oil around the drivers side front behind the bumper.

Not sure what it is but hoping somone can tell me.

I'm thinking this is possibly air-con related?

yep, is air con pipe, but clean it and spray some soapy water on it and see if there are any bubbles, can be leak starting from somewhere else. what pipe you got over the air con pipe?

I'll have to double check, but when I noticed it, there was a clear substance dripping from it, has the consistency of oil.

could go from somewhere upper on it and then just dripping from it (gravity), because in air con you will get only gas, eventually check also water hoses nearby, as coolant also seem to be oily on touch.
