Hi yh my bad... it made 269bhp... needed a new fuel pump so bill couldnt push it anyymore..you forgot to put output figure's of before and after?. Or just don't want to talk about that?

His 5 stage map is awesome... the diference from map 5 to 1 is fun lol
Yep... although I normally leave mine on all of itWhat is it? Different boost levels for each stage?
Yepp u got 5 stages to flick thru... map 5 lowest boost for cruising.. and then flick it to map 1 and u got full boost and fun... big differenceNice vid! As I say I'm going at the end of the month. 5 stage map sounds interesting not had a chance to speak to him about it.

combination of throttle position and brake pedalSounds great. How do you switch between maps? Control switch device I guess?
Probably through the pedals or cruise control.
combination of throttle position and brake pedal
<tuffty/>
Map switching is enabled once throttle pedal position past a programmed amount (typically 80/90 %) and switched using the brake pedal (its switch has a feed to the ECU so it knows when the brake has been applied)Excuse my total lack of understanding but how do you switch maps using the throttle/brake pedals?
Is it done whilst stationery? Lol I have no idea.

Can be done stationary (ignition on but engine not running) or on the fly by sticking the gearbox in 6th cruising at low rpm, floor the pedal and dab the brake pedal with your left foot... or like me, you can install a switch
<tuffty/>
...which is why throttle position threshold is set highYou know if you heel toe, you could be switching maps? lol
That's what would throw me about that setup. Switch install would be a must.But how do you know what map setting you are in? Indicator of some description?
its 5 x boost map switch version OR Gear based boost version, its not both.That's what would throw me about that setup. Switch install would be a must.
I guess mapping psi per gear is saving you from "working the throttle" and saves tires to a degree

CEL flashes a count for each map... 1 flash = map 1, 2 flashes = map 2 etc...But how do you know what map setting you are in? Indicator of some description?
