What about

1) DPF delete
2) Full Milltek
3) Bi. Turbo inter cooler

Then do the remap.

I don't think the air box will have that much affect.

Failing that a stage I map should get you close to 280 bhp no problem.

I'm going threw similar motions to yourself... here is what I've done and plan to do... just something to think about...

Airbox de-restriction and flap removal (done)
K&N filter (done)
Silicone intake hose
Back boxes removed and straight pipe fitted with new tips (done)
DPF Delete
EGR Delete
Bigger Cooler
MRC Re-map

Those are my engine modifications and plans. I'm told by MRC a standard car can be mapped to anywhere between 300-330bhp if I can come out with figures like that I would be very happy.

Where are you based? I'm looking for a S4 or S5 in a year or two so I've been doing a bit of surfing; here and elsewhere.
From what I have read for the remap I would go to Unicorn Motor Developments (Stockport). Some great reviews on here and elsewhere. He knows his stuff.
I would look at BCS also for exhausts.

I've got a 2014, 3.0 TDi Quattro. I've had a Revo stage 1 map installed and fitted an itg air filter.
0-60 should be in the very low 5s, with Revo quoting something like 305ps and 600Nm.

After asking a few folk, it would seem the general consensus is to get anymore power, I'd be looking first at a DPF delete, followed by larger intercooler and goodness knows what else.
I've decided not to go any further along the tuning route as I'm not going to remove the DPF.

I think the Revo stg 1 map was a good buy, mostly for how it's changed the driving characteristics of the engine. Much more responsive to throttle inputs than before. However, the ECU map does seem to have high lighted issues with the S-Tronic bear box, which is sometimes slow to change from 1st to 2nd.
A TCU map might have been on the cards, but as I've a Revo ECU map, I'll be waiting to see if Revo produce a TCU map for my car at some point in the future.
