@Scottyg - Great reflection Scott, especially from silver which is notoriously hard to photograph IMO
Is it just me that finds reflection shots a little bit pointless....? Any washed car will look shiny if taken for an angle like this without direct light. Even if you just run it through a car wash.
Case in point; here is a shot of a Aston on an episode of White Details after a full wash...looks great...
Here is a shot of the paint work with direct light....
Cant remember what video it is, but he talks about how these sort of reflection shots are often used by bad detailers to showcase their work...

It would be a boring world if we all liked & did the same things
It is already a boring place for the ones who don't like to clean their cars 
. Dirt has only one shade and it doesn't give you any reflection shots anyways.

My buddy's nice & shiny A1 that we did this afternoon
It's the only pleasure we get for the 3 minutes a black car is clean.No black car photos here guys. It is not fair for us lot with lighter colour cars

Amen to that, you can garuantee that no sooner have you cleaned a black car it'll rain and all your hard work will be ruined unless of course you find beading satisfying
And that's exactly what happened today to me. Except now its stopped and is covered in pollen as well as water spots. It's almost gutting to a point but all it means is we get to do it all over again

I completely agree with you @scotty76. And that is why I once had a black car and then it was sold. Detailing has never been the same again

no sun today but i'll give it a go, even got under it and did the exhaust lol.
Well, after my whingy post above, I finally got to spend one of my days off this week actually doing something I actually enjoy (been working morning till night on a house renovation...going to work would of been more relaxing...!), and spent a good 4/5hrs detailing. It's been about 3 months since it's last clean so took me a while!

Finally managed to spend some time cleaning the car! Also managed to make use of a gazebo to keep the sun off 
Not bad for 2 hours work.

cheers mate although I'm still working on it,it was a state when I got it swirls covered every inch of it ,few more passes should be ok,im still learning ,ive got more pics but my ugly mug is in the reflectionHoly moly, if this is a reflection shot @darrenmarky then you've done an awesome job here mate
