And we are home.
So I made 500HP again........ but gained HP & TQ over my last dyno all across the rev band up to 6,500 RPM. I gained 2PSI of boost from a quick test on the way home,but it's raining now :(

If you compare HP/TQ at any point before 6,500RPM you wil see the gains across the rev band are clear :)

Good blast out earlier.I still have 2-3PSI boost being bled off,so more to come from this set up via mapping.
On the plus side IAT & cat temps are good :)

Bonnet vents seem to be working as planned.
I compared a previous log of IAT's V a new log of IAT's after the pulley

I just spoke to a mate of mine who works for a tuning company.He/they are more than happy to help me release the boost & power I have that is currently left being blown off :)

Looking good! surely this has to be one of the most powerful b8's in the country now, and with a couple psi of boost still to go.

XP, a quick one (or maybe not ). Has activating ADS without Sport Diff made any noticeable differences. I don't have it either and I know of a guy in London who not only activates it via VCDS but also retrofits the buttons as well and it is pretty neat work .
Have you seen it throw any codes etc??

You can feel it in the steering,engine wise once mapped it's hard to tel TBH

S4 B8 owners,has anybody tried/thought of changing the flow through the chargecoolers in the SC? OEM they flow cold 1 way cooled,hot back.In that configuration the already hot charged air is passing through hot coolant as the return is in the air flow. Maybe we could plumb cold feed at the front of the charger & hot from the rear ???

Surely this would have a big impact on IAT's across the rev range

well iv just spent 20mins reading up on superchargers, efficiency, psi, heat all of the good stuff and now my brain is mince and i'm no closer to answering your question :tearsofjoy:

where did you get the super charger info ? i found lots of links to the eton site but none of them worked, its the 1320 charger is that right ?

RFP_AV is the bypass valve & how many degrees it is open 0 being the target of course

Hi mate. Just to clarify (and excuse my ignorance ) is RFP_AV what tells us the bleed? Also what about columns 4, 5 and 6. What do they tell us.

Time Stamp I believe shows the time and if it is what it is then man this is some drive you have done today. At this rate I am sure you are going to cover more miles than Columbus did when he discovered US of the A

IGA_AD_KNK is cylinder engine knock detection & how much it ******* ignition.
Ignition Angle Actual is the amount of ignition advance after any knock is taken off the requested amount
Lambda can be converted to AFR
