Hi. Would rather ask this question than remove my standard tqs perfectly aligned bumper with pop up washer jets to assess.
"Can i retain my jets after fitting a decent fmic?"
Has anyone done this on xenons?
I appreciate the bumper will need the strengthening bar butchering. My S4 bumper had very little left of it once the fmic went in and obviously washer jets were sacrificed.
It would only need to keep iat's down enough for 280/280 if that makes a difference size wise.
I dont want an S4 front end, as i quite like the bumper on it now, but suspect things will be tight behind there.
Simon.

That's a nice job you did there Kev. My S4 fmic was pushing serious numbers. I bought it second hand with all pipework and was reliably informed it was of mrc origin. Regarding my power goals (tfsi, adaptor plate, injectors and vr6 maf) would i really need a cooler of similar dimensions to yours?. Would that package Raul asks about (the 45mm thick one) keep things cool enough or would it strangle the turbo? I only ask as it comes with all the hardware though whether it all fits is another question i suppose. Esp at that price.

Mines the minimum you want really, the "direct fit" A4 ones that raul links are pretty crap, pipework is all far too restrictive and the core is just too small.
