And now , after a considerable amount of time and effort

Ive finally reversed , all the funny modifications , embodied by the car's previous owners,

replaced the half ****, suspension , which consisted of the original front dampers, aftermarket , blue [ french ?] rear dampers and eiback springs .. clunk clunk every trip .. , with Koni coil-over { not really , but short lenght damper's] pack set -24 mm , replaced all the bent disk's , front brembo junior , new rear std set , replaced the rubber disc pads , with new ferrodo road sports , All the bushes on the front suspension and top mounts , sump-off and new pick-up after 'cam ****** flag' - new clutch - new lights from Mr T , glove box , that the lid stays attached, and finally , all transmission oils and Adjustable rear ties , because there is NO adjustment on the rear wheels .. one rose joint end , little more road noise ,but ,transformed the rear-end grip

Amazing , drives and corners now

Whats next , some one replaced all the Turbo pipework with silicone how can you tell the map is standard ?

G,)

If you have vcds you can measure airflow and work out bhp from that or measure boost request a mapped car will boost more than a standard one

Only the free torque app and blueT dongle , is that up to the Job ??

Couldn't tell you I haven't used torque app ldon't think you can data logs with the vcds lite either has to be full version as far as I know

some thing else for xmas , amazing the number of well meant enhancements that did the opposite :)

Which has adjustable rear tie rods did you use matey??

You can pick hex,USB + can( can't buy them new now , new version out now) up for around £180-£200 2nd hand well worth it if you plan on keeping the car. New they are around £250 -£300 but the new ones are limited to 3 vins (can upgrade to more)

you can buy torque pro for a couple of quid and then see the turbo boost requests, MAF and add plug ins - then download the track plug in and record a variety of sensors at the same time. eg AFR, boost, MAF, RPM, WHEEL HP and WHEEL TORQUE

I doubt you really want it on a standard map do you?

the bluetooth dongle kinda sucks - it's very laggy and doesn't connect half the time. wifi dongle is the one you want IF you are going down that route

mines been fine unless I have my phone recording 10 things and the video. it is not the best - but will easily highlight if the car has been mapped - which was the question? and much easily than fitting a boost gauge properly.

Sods law dictates , when the induction tracts where upgraded , there was some form of re-hashing at the same time, which means its as good as its gets, or is it ...
