Opening the passenger door of my 3dr S3 this morning and it must have caught a gust of wind as the door swung right open and bounced off the hinge letting off a loud 'crack' as it did so. I closed the door and it shuts fine nothing seems bent... The car was only delivered two days ago, am I likely to have done any damage to the door hinge? :wtf:Or is this just the brand new door hinges 'running in' ?!

The crack is the door stop hitting it's end stop. You're unlikely to have damaged anything, so don't worry about it.

Completely normal on new panels, you'll find it won't make the cracking sound if it happens again. You should hear the noise they make during panel alignment in the factory
