Ive had my Avant s line 218ps for about 8 months but I'm finally really appreciating the car having initiallyhad second thoughts I made the right choice over getting it.
What I love
Ride comfort on adaptive suspension is very good
218 tdi engine seems much stronger then when I first got the car, fully running it in really makes a difference to the performance
Virtual cockpit gremlins have gone away and everything just works perfectly now, except Audi connect which still has its moments!
Boot space is great, Ikea and trips to the tip are a pleasure
Fuel economy is really improving now I'm on 7000 miles and winter is over, getting 45 mpg vs 40 when I first got the car
Engine has stopped drinking oil!
Smug factor, the wife's BMW 430d has been back to the dealer 7 times to fix Bluetooth and media issues. She is now considering a A5 having initially doubted my A4 was a good move
I was in a BMW 330d before the A4 and it took me a while to get used to the laggy s tronic gearbox which I still say really let's the car down but I'm learning to live with it.
