That's a thick pipe you don't need to worry about superficial cracks like that in my opinion. If you insist you can replace it with generic silicone all the way to the bulkhead
the 'crimp' can be slit to remove the pipe if need be (its crimped rather than clipped and only pushed onto the pipe with a swaged end)
If you do replace the lot with silicone remember to keep the check valve inline and fitted the correct way round else you will be blowing boost pressure through the EVAP and into the fuel tank
