09/10 B8 S4 Is using a little oil and has a slightly wobbly idle once warmed up

mine uses 500ml every so often depending on my driving but i just top it up as required, going to change to millers 5w 40 for the next service ( currently castrol 5w 30 ) see if that make any difference

i noticed when i first got mine it seemed to have what id discribe as a slightly rough idle feel through the drivers seat but i just put it down to the V6 and me not having owned one before, its been made even more noticeable with the custom exhaust system and burbles away to its self on idle, could just be that ?

Im experiencing the exact same issues,
49k 2010 S4 s-tronic.
Ive been questioning it for a while but not sure what to try to resolve it?
