Maybe a lot of people don't mess with their own cars and just take them to a mechanic
 
anyway what's the matter? at least if you need help tell us what is wrong.

also make sure your posting your threads in the right part of the site, for example if you want advice on fixing your car on don't post it in general chat.

I posted on the 8p forvm. It seems that long term members chat to each other.

Sorry, but with all due respect I think that's rubbish.
You can't expect answers to problems within hours, unless it's a very simple problem that's very obvious, particularly when trying to diagnose faults from sounds etc etc.
I've found this site to be incredibly useful and the people on it helpful in the extreme over the years, and saved myself a packet in the process.
That's why I try and post as much as I can when I think I know the answer to a problem or when another member asks about a mod that I've done to my car.

You know most people on here have jobs businesses kids and a life to contend with and pop on here to try and help out other enthusiasts with there cars to save a few bob, were here or improve our cars to our individual tastes and pass on that knowledge to each other, we are not at anyone's beck and call and not everyone has the same experiences with different cars with varying engines and platforms.
We also work on our cars and have various commitments over the weekend as you can imagine, be patient and in the mean time google your problem as the problem may have been covered before either on here or another forum.
Its not personal.

I post and then wait for a reply, always found help has been provided if I'm patient and I was new here last summer ;)

We are not a cliquey forum. We help anyone that asks. Just remember, we not here 24/7 we have our own things going on as well. Just be patient, you will get the help you need.

I'm actually pretty too often in these days xD also If I don't got any knowledge. However @leecool what's your problem to help with?
 
I have replied to your post/threads.
Also found them, like others on this site very interesting.

I put out a wanted add for a grill & flat bottom steering wheel, got the grill with in a couple of days.

So that's excellent, still waiting for the wheel, plenty of time.
One will come along.

Cracking site.

gotta support the forum here! this forum has spent my money faster than a druken sailor, faster than a teenager in a Vegas brothel BUT I have spent it well with great advice from a bunch of good gents! No clique here. BTW what was your question:whistle2:
