My long term memory has done more miles than my car!

Just looked at my long term term memory on the trip computer, which I haven't reset since new, and the long term millage is MORE than the milometer on the car! Is this normal?

Can't offer any reasonable explanation though really. Haha.

Is there not a certian mileage that the dealer can reset to zero as part of the PDI? 100 miles comes to mind? Maybe reset on the odo but not the trip?

Good shout Alexander ether that or they read off diff sensors?
 
Pdi is normally 10-15 miles on a planned route near to the dealer.
