Hi guys,
Just a quick question really..
I have had my S1 for roughly 6 weeks now and when I got it off Audi, it had a fresh smell. 2 weeks down the line, I smells like someone has been smoking inside it?!
Cut a long story short - They have odour bombed it twice in the space of 4 weeks, along with an interior valet (last one being 3 days ago). The smokey smell has come back even with an air frensher hanging!! To me, it smells like a smoke smell covered by an Airfreshner.
They're trying to claim it's the leather interior and seats that have a smokey odour and it's natural for leather to smell like that? My personal opinion thinks the previous owner was a smoker and it has leached into the car and will not disappear.
Have any of you guys with super sport seats had this issue? I'd be good to know this as I can take this to Audi and confirm it's not the 'natural' smell of the leather.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
