HELPP!!! Has my turbo blown i have an s3 8p which i have been doing some work on and i have a bit of a problem currently when i go to put my foot down it has no turbo atall well if there is i cant really feel it but i put my foot down and it doesnt have any power from the turbo but when i take my foot off the accelerator i will hear a flutter from somewhere like something isnt connected or something but i have checked and everything is connected and nothing has blown off ? has any one got any ideas if my turbo has blown or what is happening ?

Does sound like a boost pipe has popped off. Check everything again including the intercooler connections.
I have checked the intercooler connections and the connection going on to the turbo and coming off the intake manifold down to the intercooler they are all 100% solid i did have the intake manifold off the day before to clean the intake manifold but i cant see it being anything to do with that ??
If you took the manifold off then that could be your issue. You may have a boost leak. Can you scan it for fault codes as this might help diagnose it quicker?
i scanned it last night and found that my boost pressure sensor (g36) sensor was fualty replaced this and i now have all boost back but i seem to have another problem when reading on a snap on reader cylinder 4 is showing 0.00 volts where as 1,2 and 3 are all sitting at 0.15 volts when idling and when revved it shot down to minus voltage seems to be something wrong here is when the car is idling it sometimes judders and sounds like it is going to stall but doesnt sounds rough as anything but then it comes back to life again its intermittent
You need to get vcds on it - sounds like you may have a coil pack or plug issue on a single cylinder.
it isnt bringing any codes up unfortunately ! and my packs and plugs were only changed about a month and a half ago ?
Where did you get the plugs and packs from? As quite a few people have made the mistake of ordering what appears to be genuine plugs from ebay sellers which then turn out not to be the real thing. So only order them from the the parts request on here with mjr901 (Mike - Parts Manager) or through TPS.
