I'll give you £5 and a bag of malteasers. :whistle2:

In all honesty, check what other similar specced cars are selling for on eBay, Gumtree, Auto Trader, etc, etc.

Hi there, are the extras (from auto lights down in your list) factory fitted or retro fitted? From previous experience retro fitted items didn't add much value to the resale price. To get an idea, start listing it on Autotrader - once you put in some info it will give you a recommended price. I'm guessing circa £10k.

Realistically, because its a private sale, the best you would get would be ~£9k

I've just sold a 170 tdi 57 reg S Line a few week back for £6200 and that had 65000 miles on it. I've sold a few cars in the past privately and if it's a good car (like yours is) that is looked after and has service history then they always sell.
Look on autotrader and do a nationwide search for similar cars to yours with similar spec and similar mileage. When you've got an idea of the prices then put yours for sale at the top end of that price bracket as your car is a very high spec and I doubt there will be many if any with that spec.
Clean it thoroughly and take quite a few good pictures of it and I guarantee you'll sell it. I normally sell them on autotrader but this last one sold in about 4 - 5 days on eBay.

Sell it as above advice from @ab1702, it's how I price a car to sell privately. Don't expect to get back the price you paid for all the extras, you won't but they will make the car more attractive to a potential buyer.
Some tips------
When you take the photos, use a good camera or an iPhone and take as many as you can fit onto the website, 20 on Autotrader, choose a sunny day, avoid shadows and choose a nice background such as country park car park with some scenery, not in an industrial estate with lots of fencing as it looks like your selling from scrap yard.
