Loss of power around 2-2.5k rpm

Just a quickie, my s3 is juddering around 2-2.5k, it seems to like lose power then it picks it self straight back up and runs fine anyone any ideas on what it could be? It judders on every gear at the same rpm no engine lights on or anything, car has a DV and a decat with standard back box

Is it not losing boost or fuel pressure issue?

When you say your car has a DV what do you mean as all S3's have one? Have you replaced your plugs recently? You need to see if it's logged any fault codes as it could be something as simple as a coil pack going down under load. Have you had it mapped to catless?

It has a forge DV on that i bought off someone on Facebook off the s3 page, ive spoken to previous owner and he said its not had a map ill try getting it plugged in and see what happens

Was it hesitating before you fitted the Forge DV? You will struggle to run without a cat if the EGT probe hasn't been mapped out?

Right lads just had it plugged it and got these codes, apparently bank 1 sensor is down to it bein decatted and not bein mapped in as a decat, boost pressure could be down to the DV getting it taken off, but i dont know what the last code is?

Also check for misfires as injectors could be failing.
I used vcds and monitored the injectors. Injector 3 was misfiring so replaced the set.

You really need to get the de-cat mapped out or you will suffer from random ecu MILs and power loss.
